      Volunteer Hours Form

      If you do any work for the tribe, it is crucial that you fill out a Volunteer Hours form! These documents are required for the grants that we apply for, and will be useful in our journey towards federal recognition. The form can be completed digitally or by hand. Once complete, this form can be mailed or emailed to the addresses provided below.
